    The invention relates to the confectionery industry, in particular for the casting of chocolate, creams, pastilles, and the like.
    The purpose of the invention is to improve ease of use during the changeover of the casting machine in the process of transition from one type of chocolate product to another.
    Constructive use of elements of the casting plate makes it possible to create, during the operation of the machine for casting, shocking conditions that reduce the loss of time for stripping chocolate, and the labor intensity for removing chocolate products from mold, packaging, etc.
    FIG. 1 shows a casting plate; in FIG. 2 - the same, modification -, in FIG. 3 - the same, side view; in fig. 4 - the same, end view.
    The casting plate comprises a housing 1, / pouring holes 2, a discharge manifold 3, a threaded unit 4, grooves 5, made in the form of grooves. The drain manifold 3 is located parallel to the long side of the body 1 of the casting plate.
    The drainage collector 3 can be made composite, with one part located on the upper surface of the casting plate, the other on the bottom and has a stop plate (not shown) to skip the lower part of the drainage collector 3.
    The chocolate casting plate of the chocolate casting machine is used as follows.
    The casting plate is installed on the chocolate casting machine in accordance with the assembly technology of the machine.
    Chocolate or cream, etc. enters through the filling openings 2. Excess chocolate in the grooves 5 having the shape of a groove is diverted to the collector 3-, from where it is guided through the regeneration pipeline to the feed hopper through the threaded section 4.
    In order to facilitate the mixing of the chocolate in the drain collector 2, the bottom of the latter is bent.









    The use of a casting plate eliminates operator errors and the associated economic losses, and achieves optimal working conditions for any type of casting mold used.

    1. Chocolate mold casting machine with reciprocating or rotating pistons
    and discharge openings, including a body with pouring apertures, characterized in that, in order to improve ease of use during readjustment of the casting machine during the transition from one type of chocolate product to another, it has a side at least one
    drainage collector with a bottom for drainage of excess chocolate, while from-. the water collector is provided with a threaded unit for connecting it to the regeneration pipeline for pumping
    excess chocolate in the hopper of the casting machine and has grooves made in the form of - grooves for connecting the drainage collector with the discharge openings of the machine
    for chocolate casting, and the bottom of the bypass manifold is concave.

    2. Plate according to claim 1, characterized in that the drainage collector is made composite, with one part of it located on the upper surface of the casting plate,
    and the other is on the bottom and is provided with a locking plate reinforced by a threaded connection for blocking a part of the drainage collector located on the lower part of the casting plate, and in each part of the withdrawing collector there are connecting holes for mounting the threaded unit for connecting the casting plate to the regeneration pipeline.
